Pretoria Delivery FAQs
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat rate of R20 per delivery address within our active Pretoria zones. This flat rate applies regardless of how many boxes you order to that address.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
To keep delivery costs low, we use route-based deliveries. While you will be able to select your delivery day based on your area's schedule, we cannot guarantee specific times. Our driver will coordinate with you on the day of delivery.
What if I am not home for delivery?
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on your scheduled day. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us via WhatsApp prior to your delivery day.
My suburb is on the waitlist. When will you deliver here?
We open new routes based on demand. By joining the waitlist, you help us prioritize which areas to activate next. We will notify you directly as soon as your area is active.
Do you deliver to schools?
Currently, our boxes are designed for parents to receive at home (or work) and pack into their children's lunchboxes daily. We deliver to residential and business addresses.
